Mission:
The mission of The Norcross Heritage Trust is to preserve, promote and interpret the commercial, social, artistic and cultural history of Norcross, Maine and the surrounding area; and to preserve, promote and interpret the histories of families residing in such area.
Collections:
The collections include 15 oral histories, with transcripts, of early Norcross residents, financial records of the Norcross Transportation Company 1907-1930s, Norcross Transportation Company account books for the years 1907, 1914-1916, 1916-1921, hotel registers of the Norcross House from 1917-1960, photo negatives, scrapbooks, photographs, and other items.
Local residents, researchers, and historians may contact the trust to view items in the collections.
